Hi everyone,
I have an MCZ Natural Lame pellet stove and I'd like to connect it to Home Assistant, most likely using the micronova_controller project (philibertc/micronova_controller on GitHub), which talks MQTT to many Micronova-based pellet stove mainboards.
Before ordering parts, I'd like to confirm compatibility with my exact mainboard. Details:
- Board silkscreen reference: CS12253B LC

- Secondary chip near the connectors: marked 387STP

- Connectors visible on the board: J3 (RJ11/RJ12 jack), EXP, COM, PWM headers, a USB-A port (J11/J22), and screw/spade terminals labeled FUMI, COC, DP, NTC1/2/3, PLT, DEB, IN1/IN2, FAN1/FAN2, SIC1/SIC2/SIC3, V3V, COC, ALL.
Has anyone here connected a board with this exact CS12253B LC reference, or an MCZ Natural Lame stove specifically, to Home Assistant? I'd mainly like to know:
- Connectors visible on the board: J3 (RJ11/RJ12 jack), EXP, COM, PWM headers, a USB-A port (J11/J22), and screw/spade terminals labeled FUMI, COC, DP, NTC1/2/3, PLT, DEB, IN1/IN2, FAN1/FAN2, SIC1/SIC2/SIC3, V3V, COC, ALL.
- Which connector is the correct serial port for the Micronova protocol (the RJ11 jack at J3, or another unlabeled header)?
- Whether the 3.3V/5V logic level and wiring match other documented MCZ boards..
