Is there a microamp module compatible with esphome?
I tried ina229 in basic settings and the minimum was 4.5mA.
I would need something with a smaller measurement.
You can increase the shunt resistor in the INA229 by 100x. That will give you 45uA minimum.
Note that it will also increase the burden voltage 100x, that may or may not effect your use case.
