I am located in UTC-8. We are 8 hours behind UTC time.
Issue: The actual camera recording time does not match HA’s media folder names for Date and times (The actual recording dates and times are correct).
Under HA’s Media > My Media > Frigate > Recording, the name of folder dates and times are NOT in sync with the actual recording date and times .
For instance in HA’s Media > My Media > Frigate > Recording folder for 2024/11/01:
folder for “00”'s content, in camera3 > 50.42.mp4 recording is from 2024/10/31 at 5:50:42 PM.
The time in terminal, Linux OS is correct, matching.
How could this fixed?

HA is using UTC times. Maybe that is the issue here.
My UTC times seem to be OK. I live on west coast of the U.S., and I think it’s correct.
The recording folder “00” shows recordings from 8 hours ago in that folder.
As I checked again, date and time in Linux matches my time zone.

Your post is a bit confusing to read.
Does it make sense that your timestamps on the files are made in UTC times?
The time stamps on the recordings are correct.
I am sorry for not being able to explain my issue well. But here are some screen captures and a summary for your reference for camera3.
“00” folder name mean, times between 12:00 AM and 12:59 AM.
Recordings under the above folder are from 8 hours ago.

Check your times and also time zones on both server, integration and cameras.
My guess is that the times are correct, if you take the time zones into account.
