Media Player not running specific file type

I am having an issue playing the following url on my google media devices:

entity_id: media_player.living_room_speaker
media_content_id: ‘http://www.abc.net.au/res/streaming/audio/mp3/radio_national.pls’
media_content_type: audio/mp4

The media player works ok with other file types. Logs record

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I have a problem playing the link too. The media player does not play local audio. I ask for help
