Meraki Camera RTSP not working with generic camera

I bought a Cisco Meraki MV93X camera and enabled RTSP. I can view the RTSP just fine in VLC Player. However, when I configure the generic camera it fails to connect. The stream does not start. I know it’s not a networking issue. Is there a way to see/turn on detailed logs for the Generic Camera?

I think it could possibly be a timeout or configuration issue. Perhaps the camera takes 5 seconds or so to start streaming. Perhaps it is a configuration issue; the camera uses H.264

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated

Here is the exact error message: “Error starting stream, see logs for details (Stream never started)”
