Meraki Error: Response other than 200

I can’t connecet my Meraki AP with HA, can anyone help in the right path to fix it?
I have used the default config from here: device_tracker.meraki
meraki_conf
I dont know if it is linked to the mDNS issue I have, but I can only get access the HA via the IP address and not hassio.local.
I just get this error in the Meraki dashboard:

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I had the exact same problem, I am not sure how others got it working yet we can not.
