I just got my delivery of four of these. I didn’t realize I’d be one of the first ones to have them. Surprised to find no posts in the forum yet.
This is how they show up in home assistant.
Only Occupancy (2) triggers for me.
I want it to be as fast as the Hue Motion it’s replacing so I put it in PIR with Radar Assist thinking it would use the PIR to fire off the initial occupancy detection. But even in that mode it has a noticeable delay.
By “noticeable delay” I mean long enough that someone who is new to the bathroom would walk in and reach for the light switch before the lights turn on.
I’m hopeful Meross will make the PIR and Radar sensors separate entities inside HA. This way we could trigger initial motion however we want.
