I was looking for Zigbee power strips but there aren’t many in EU market. So i am looking for wifi ones. I found the Meross Smart Matter Fast Charging Power Strip (MSP844) and it supports matter. It has a QR code on the device, but i dont know if it will work locally (without internet) since its wifi.
Does anyone have this power strip?
or does anyone have recommendations for power strip with local support on home assistant? (energy monitoring is a plus)
I have this power strip, integrated to HA via the Meross LAN integration. So far al good, however, the energy and power is not reported per ac port, only combined. Integration via Matter works too, but only the switches, not any power / energy is exposed. So looks like it’s not yet supporting matter 1.3.
