Overview
Meteo Euregio is a custom component for Home Assistant, leveraging real-time weather data from Meteo Euregio. It provides detailed weather information and forecasts tailored to users in Euregio, a Euroregion formed by three different regional authorities in Austria and Italy: the Austrian state of Tyrol (i.e. North and East Tyrol) and the Italian autonomous provinces of South Tyrol and Trentino.

Features
Current Weather
- Displays: current temperature, pressure, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, wind gust speed and precipitation.
- States: altitude, latitude and longitude of the nearest weather station.
Daily Forecast
- Provides forecasts for up to 5 days ahead.
- Includes: minimum and maximum temperature, rain probability, wind speed, wind direction, wind gust speed, precipitation, snow level, fresh snow, freezing level and sunshine duration.
Hourly Forecast
- Provides forecasts for up to 24 hours ahead.
- Includes: temperature, rain probability, wind speed, wind direction, wind gust speed and precipitation, snow level, fresh snow, freezing level and sunshine duration.
Manual Installation
- Download or clone the repository.
- Copy the
custom_components/meteoeuregio
folder to your Home Assistant custom_components directory. - Restart Home Assistant to recognize the new integration.
Setup
- Go to Configuration โ Devices & Services in Home Assistant.
- Click Add Integration.
- Search for Meteo Euregio.
- Follow the prompts to select your desired coordinates.
