Mi home smart plug automation (2-3 plugs and delay timing)

I have mi home app, mi home zigbee smart plug, and the gate way, and everything went well. But need help on the automation

  1. Is it possible and how to set up automation if smart plug “a” off then smart plug “b” off?

  2. Is it possible and how to add a delay automation, meaning when we turn on the smart plug it will “really turn on” after a set time of selay that we choose. Said like a minute.
