Both are compatible as I have both deployed in my house, be aware only the zigbee ones will give you power consumption. You can however use the wifi ones stand alone without the need to have a zigbee gateway for the other ones.

Ridiculous how much they are charging for these. I am certain I paid less that AUD$10 when I got mine on ebay (non zigbee version) and they want $44!!! what the hell! I’d be more inclined to get some sonoff S22’s or similar and flash with Tasmota.
