Mictrack GPS trackers with 3G and 4G/LTE support for presence detection and geofencing?

Just read that Mictrack got a few different relatively inexpensive personal and vehicle GPS trackers which support 3G and 4G/LTE

Mictrack apparently also has an API with “open protocol can integrate to any third platform” though most of the documentation seems to be in Chinese:

Any chance these GPS tracking products could be made compatible with Home Assistant without having to use a third-party platform that cost money?

The device have support some of third party platform such as GPSGate, gps-server, orange, gpswox, traccar etc.
