Works: Senville Leto
You have to trim the sides of the MiniSplits USB port to allow proper contacts. The manufacturer uses a unique port design to block 3rd party devices. Trim the prongs and your USB will connect fine and work perfectly fine.

Hey, how did you connect the USB to your Board? I have the same Model but did not figure out how to connect yet, did you solder it to CN2, WiFi? If so, how?

Does anyone run the Pioneer WS009GMFI22HLE head unit? I have the USB dongle and using the Cloudfree module. Configured like the xtremeownage blog. Module boots and powers up but no comms with the unit.
I thought maybe I didn’t shave the USB port sufficiently so I went through and doubled checked, it appears to be good and slides it without much effort. Manufactured in 2024, not sure if they changed anything…

Is there any possibility to integrate it with Home Assistant using esphome.
There is no USB port since it’s cassette AC
There is CN40 port (smart port)
and XYE port inside
This unit don’t have wifi

Can you tell me why midea_ac.follow_me from Home Assistant is not being transmitted via ESP to the air conditioner?? Do I need an IR sensor for this?
