You can tell when it went ‘stale’ below and then after I rebooted just a few minutes ago when it checked back in upon rebooting:
Never had issues for months with this prior to updating…
Wondering if I should look into the miflora mqtt solution. Any of you do that with better success than relying just on the Bluetooth plant configuration?
I didn’t notice anything either with my sensor.
Does it work with the flowercare app? Like that you can see if it is an issue with the sensor or integration. Have you checked the battery?
I’ve been using the HACS version… Xiaomi passive BLE monitor sensor platform
It only works with the international versions so I found out which of my sensors are not international, which was a bummer but this addon works flawlessly for me for the 3 that do work.
When you say international version, is that the green or white coloured ones
I have found the ones coloured green also seem to stop updating after a period of time and the battery life is terrible compared to the white coloured ones i have.
Not sure if those images help but any of them that I have that have the ‘north’ on them don’t work with the HACS plugin and they all used to work with the normal miflora addin. I’ve just abandoned using the ones that say ‘north’ on them for now.
