Migrating to Z-wave JS stuck: Failed to connect

After reading and watching migrations guide on how to migrate from Open Z-wave to Z-wav JS I still can’t install the integration. On the addons side everything looks fine, but when I try to install the Integration, with the Option “Use the Z-Wave JS Supervisor add-on” I always get the error “Failed to connect”.
As I’m not quite sure about the state of the Addon I will place here the my configuration and the logs:

2021-04-12T13:35:32.407Z DRIVER version 7.1.1
2021-04-12T13:35:32.408Z DRIVER

My system runs on a Raspi 4B and the core is core-2021.4.3.
The Z-Wave stick is a ZME E|A|U UZB1.
Any tips are welcome.

Are you sure that the device is at /dev/ttyAMA0? Is there an alternative address available (the field has a drop-down menu, I think).

Normally, I use the device by ID: /dev/serial/by-id/usb-0658_0200-if00

THX, @gcoupe, did try with /dev/serial and indeed one of my USB sticks got connected.
It is a ZU1401-5 USB Dongle that works, but with the ZME E|A|U UZB1 it still sucks. Apparently my device all on the UZB1, so I would need to wait until this Dongle works, or to rebuild the network from scratch.
