I’m about to change my zwave stick UZB1 to Aeotec gen5. Running zwavejs2mqtt. Did anyone tried to migrate configuration from one stick to another or the only solution is to recreate whole network?
It depends on whether the UZB1 supports NVM backup. Not all of the older sticks do and I can’t say I’ve ever heard of anyone using the backup/restore process on the UZB1.
Since you are running ZwaveJS UI, might as well see if the NVM Backup feature will work. Worst case, nothing happens and you have to build from scratch.
