MIIO - extend functionality for gateways

please add more functionality for the gateways.

I’m currently running a mi control hub v2 (lumi.gateway.mieu01) and I only have the ability to arm/disarm the alarm feature of the hub.

I am not able to receive a developer key for the other integration, as Xiaomi has restricted this feature completly at the moment.

I have integrated at the moment 2 motion sensors, 2 window sensors and a switch, which don’t ship an own app-token (in regards to a mitoolkit extraction) and I’m unable to integrate them to HA.

I am new here.
I was wondering how you integrate the xiaomi miio sensors to hass?

I manage to add only the hub. What is the way to add temp sensors or motion or switch?

I use a raspbee gpio module with deconz, where my switches and motion sensors are connected. Have not tested the door sensors at the moment. If you have older xiaomi gateways, you can get full access, but the new one with MIIO are really limited. Only got alarm features, but could not see other connected devices like my 360 camera.

Unfortunately all seem like chinese to me.
Probable you say “its all greek to me” in your country but i am from Greece. :slight_smile:
So i was wondering if you know anyone that made progress and automate all this.

I have the same problem with broadlink.
It is hard to configure every single command for my knowledge.
