Hello everyone,
I’ve designed a new dashboard for tablets in Home Assistant, specifically for the tablet placed in the entryway (Antre). This setup combines Mushroom with Bubble Cards, creating a single-page design where many additional pages can be accessed through Bubble Cards. Everything you need for your home is just a tap away on one screen.
I’ve also added some new cards for mobile devices to enhance the experience further. This minimalist design is tailored to be both functional and visually appealing. I look forward to hearing your thoughts and feedback!
Very soon, I’ll be starting my YouTube channel at Teach Me Smart Life, where you can follow me and access a variety of content for free. Additionally, you can find some of my ready-made Home Assistant cards on my GitHub.
This dashboard features an animated weather display that dynamically changes based on real-time conditions. It also includes easy access to the door lock, alarm, cameras, all home lights (individually controllable), room temperatures, and person cards with a single tap.
The cards are dynamic, changing colors based on the status of the devices, providing a highly interactive and visually informative experience.
The Nuki lock displays the door’s status. Additionally, if the door is opened, the door icon dynamically changes to an image of an open door.
The alarm can be directly armed or disarmed while exiting through the door.
The cameras are displayed using Bubble Cards in a swipeable layout, allowing you to add as many as needed. Integrated with Frigate, human detection is enabled. If someone appears in front of the door, the camera card automatically pops up on the tablet, even if they don’t ring the doorbell. Once the person leaves, the card closes automatically.
The lighting section allows full control over all lights individually. You can see how many lights are on in each room and control each light separately, providing precise and convenient management.
The temperature section displays the temperature values for all rooms in the house. On the left side, there’s a dynamic area that suggests appropriate clothing based on the indoor temperature. For example, if the house is very hot, a climate control icon, like an air conditioner remote, will appear.
Additionally, a brand-new energy tracking section is also included in this dashboard.
Finally, by tapping the small person icons on the tablet’s main page, you can access person cards that show the locations of your family members.
The border color around the photo frames dynamically updates based on the person’s current location.
