Missing elevation rule and other adjustment configurations in Islamic Prayer Times integration

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude for your work on the Islamic Prayer Times integration for Home Assistant. It has been a valuable addition to the platform for many users. However, I have noticed that the integration is currently missing the elevation rule and some other adjustment configurations that are essential for accurate prayer times calculation.

Description
The current implementation of the Islamic Prayer Times integration does not provide an option to adjust the elevation rule, which can result in inaccurate prayer times for users who reside in locations with higher elevations. Moreover, some other important configurations such as latitude adjustment method, Fajr and Isha angle adjustments, and custom prayer time offsets are also not available.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to the Home Assistant Integrations page.
  2. Add the Islamic Prayer Times integration.
  3. Hi Observe the available configuration options.

Expected behavior
Users should be able to configure the following options for the Islamic Prayer Times integration:

  • Elevation rule adjustment for locations with higher elevations.
  • Latitude adjustment method (e.g., Middle of the Night, One-Seventh Rule, or Angle-Based Method).
  • Custom Fajr and Isha angle adjustments.
  • Custom prayer time offsets (e.g., adding or subtracting minutes from specific prayer times).

The implementation of these missing configurations will significantly improve the accuracy of the calculated prayer times and provide users with more control over their preferred adjustments. I kindly request you to consider adding these features to the Islamic Prayer Times integration.

Once again, I appreciate your effort in maintaining this integration and look forward to your response. If you need any assistance or more information regarding this issue, please do not hesitate to reach out.
