Missing name of field

Hello Every Body, when i try to add an integration a new pop-up Windows appears but the are no field name
exemple with Eufy Security

with alexa media player

This is not official integration but why ?

Do you have the standard theme?
What happens if you right click and inspect? Can you see the values in the html?

Same problem here. Nothing in the HTML, I checked (I’m a front end dev)
