Missing open-zwave config directory? Needed for Inovelli switches

Recently purchased some Inovelli red series switches, which requires that a new .xml configuration file be added to the open-zwave config directory, and a change to the manufacturer_specific.xml (zwcfg*.xml).

When I jumped into Z-wave, I toggled back and forth between the standard integrated OpenZwave and OpenZwave(beta) before settling on the default OpenZwave. And while I do have the manufacturer_specific.xml file, I do not have an open-zwave folder. My configuration.yaml file also does not have a “device_config:” line under zwave.

This is all on my HA Blue (upgrade from Pi3b+ and USB) with the latest OS updates

Is this a problem with the install, or another example of HA evolving faster than its documentation?

You need to download the files (or copy from existing install) and create the directory yourself, and add the configuration.yaml settings yourself.
