MIT Research Opportunity - Study on Smart Home Technology

Greetings!

The MIT AgeLab is looking for volunteers to participate in a study about smart, advanced, and internet-enabled technology and service use in and around the home. This study is being conducted as a part of a research project on mapping and understanding the use of smart home technologies across consumer segments. Participants must be US residents, aged 18+. Eligible participants will be asked to complete a couple of surveys (10 to 15 minutes each) followed by a virtual interview (approximately 60 minutes). Upon completion, participants will be compensated with a $75 Amazon gift card.

If you are interested in participating, please use the following link to let us know some basic information about you and your home so that we can determine if you qualify for the study.

Please complete the survey only once. If you are selected to participate, you will be contacted directly.

Thank you!

Sincerely,
The MIT AgeLab Team

You should make it clear that this invitation is to US residents only - at the moment this doesn’t become apparent until the last page of the questionnaire.

Home Assistant is used worldwide (Yes, there are other countries outside the US. :astonished: Maybe EAPS can advise.)
