Hi All - Is there an easy way to update all automations when an entity needs to be replaced?

I have several automations which send push notifications to phone via the HA IOS app. I had an issue with my iPhone which required an iPhone restore, in doing so I had to go one by one to all HA automations to update the old entity. Wondering if there is an easier way.

Yes, go to Configuration / Entities and change the new entity_id to match the old one. Done.
