My mobile app defaults to the standard dashboard, I like how everything is just auto-added and shows up there.
However, when I get home and want to open my garage door, scrolling down to Garage is a pain in the ass. I was about to make a new default dashboard for my mobile app, but then when I’m home, every time I open the app I’ll need to navigate to the Overview dashboard.
Is there a way to have an “automation” that will show a different dashboard when opening the app? Like if me == not_home or me == home for less than 2 minutes, show Dashboard B, otherwise, show Dashboard A?
I don’t know of any way to achieve this other than assigning dashboards by device or by user. Same user, same device I don’t think you can do anything. The default overview doesn’t have a lot of controls you can play with.
What about a minimalistic landing page with a navigation button to your auto dashboard and the garage configuration (or other stuff you want to have quick access to)?
You could maybe just add a conditional card in the top of your standard dashboard.
The conditional card can be controlled in the ways you like, like presence, device, user. The last two will require the newest version to work (2023.11).
