Mobile App devices never up to date

Hi,

I find more often than not the iPhone is never up to date via the Mobile App. That and also the Kindle I track too. Only way to get them up to date is to use the HA Companion App. Is there a better way or what am I missing?

ios and android are different animals here, for android make sure teh app has background access and battery optimization disabled otherwise the app wont work. Also dont close the app that will kill the sensor worker schedule. Cant speak for ios here but maybe has something similar?

thanks. Don’t have any Android phones. Just the Kindle in addition to iPhone. Background app refresh is enabled on the iPhone. The companion app seems to stay up to date. But when I go to HA via desktop not so much
