Mobile app telling me I need an Thread Border Router but I have one

I have an Open Thread Border Router configured and selected for mobile app credentials, but when trying to add a matter over thread device, it errors saying it needs a thread border router.

Can someone help with what I’m missing ? I think my app just hasn’t realised I have added the router ?

Make sure you have the correct thread credentials on the Android. On the Android Companion App open Settings → Companion App → Troubleshooting (I think that is what it is called in english, but it list logfiles and other tools to diagnostics as description of the item).
