Mobile Phone App - Android - Inside and Outside my network

Hi

I’m having a really frustrating issue. My wife an I both have Samsung phones with the HA app installed. We both have the internal and external addresses set up the same (http://myserver.mynetwork:8123/ & https://myserver.mynetwork)
Whilst I can access home assistant inside my network - on the wifi, my wife can only access her off the wifi. Mine seems to work off the wifi (except I’m having issues with the location tracker - but working on a fix to that now)
I don’t see why they would behave differently with the same addresses.
Any ideas for trouble shooting would be appreciated

My problems with this topic disappeared when I set up connecting to the Home Assistant server on my and my wife’s phones via IP address (http://192.168.X.X:8123) in the local Wi-Fi network, instead of using (http://homeassistant.local:8123). This is for local connection. Remote connection is through Nabu Casa.

Additionally, I set up “Keep Alive” to “When Screen is On”. With this setup, the mobile application always connects to the HA server when launched.

Previously, with other possible settings, it was very inconsistent.
