Modbus: Noob script fault

Hello all, I am a noob to HA and programming.
Could anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong? I have it working in Domoticz but I’m having a hard time getting it to work in HA.
I’m trying to read my energy meter trough a tcp server? This one below:

What am I doing wrong?
