I have a a Router Combo installed. I intend to use HA with Zigbee and ESP. Am I going to encounter any problems with the installation? Is there any specific requirements that the combo need to meet to work with HA?

I am 99% certain that a modem and router, whether it being two separate devices or combined into one will not cause a problem with HA, Zigbee and/or ESPHome. Those things work on the internal network and do not rely on the router for anything special.
I think you left out the ‘Not’.
OP - having the combo vs two devices won’t matter.

If you are talking cable or fiber modem and a local internet/wifi router, there should not be a compatibility issue. HA wants internet to set up as does ESP. If your modem/router is providing internet, that’s a standard and it does not matter how it gets there.
Zigbee shouldn’t care as it’s not IP based. However, if Zigbee is used via HA, HA would need the internet for it’s software update as would the Zigbee RF module.
