Monitor folder structure on Synology NAS

Hello all,

is there any opportunity to monitor changes in an SMB folder or even better to use the synology integration to monitor folder structure on my Synology NAS?

Background: I have a certain folder on my Synology NAS. If a new file has been created (or a change within the folder happened), I would like to get notified (e.g. using Home Assistant capabilities).

I am open for any ideas.

Try using Folder Watcher integration. It should work on SMB folder too (didn’t try but see no reason why not)
