Trying to do what the title says, but I have one problem, and that is that Music Assistant song queue goes empty after some time, and when the alarm ‘goes off’ the audio device turns on, selects source etc, but nothing plays because the queue is now empty.
Is there a setting to keep queue saved at all times, so it can always just resume playing? Or anything similar that would fix this issue?
I’m not well versed in Music Assistant, but wouldn’t Repeat fix your issue?
Edit: Alternatively, instead of just calling play, call play followed by add. Ref doc here
I would say this is probably something that is in the Docs for the application as ShadowFist said. I would read that stuff or ask there. The people linked in there use this stuff and would know the answer.
Repeat is on, but when I turn off the audio device the media stops playing, and when it’s stopped for some time the queue seems to disappear.
I tried play with add this morning (I had no idea there was mass.play_media service with options like that), and it is exactly what I needed. Thank you so much!
