Mosquitto broker not working in Hass.io processes commands?

Hi guys.
I have a problem.
Hass.io mosquitto broker “open, close” commands do not work.
but ubuntu server 19.04 “sudo snap install mosquitto” works when I install. It just doesn’t “retain” the problem. Why doesn’t the mosquitto broker in Hass.io process commands?
esp8266 connected the mqtt broker.

First step in debugging mqtt problems : install mqtt explorer, mqtt-fx or mqtt lens and see what you get there when you on/off your light.
