Hi guys quick question after I have set up mosquitto in hassio, what do I use as the client in tasmota

I use the default that was there (DVES_%06X). I have never had to change it.

the client name doesn’t matter at all as long as it’s unique. I haven’t run into a situation where I needed to know the client id so the self generated one should be ok.
