After I updated to 2024.3 I could no longer Arm/Disarm my Ring security system. I then found most of the Ring Entities were broken. I’ve restored HA to prior to 2024.3 release and now all Ring Entities working fine. Anyone know how i can update to 2024.3 and keep Ring working fine?
The Ring Integration does not get much support. I’m thinking of switching to the ring-mqtt method since others seem to have more success with it.
Actually I use the MQTT integration with Ring. I believe it’s the MQTT that caused the entities to break after the 2024.3 update.
I would recommend checking the closed issues here and submitting a new issue.

So very strange. I ran the 2024.3.1 release update again so I could get the ring-mqtt log data for a new issue. This time all Ring entities are still working. None of them broke. I don’t know why but I’m happy. So this is now a non-issue.
