Motion sensor of my cameras is not working at all

Hi,

i have various cameras in my house and i have the same issue with all of them. The motion sensor of the cameras are always idle. The motion sensor is not working when there is a motion in front of the camera… What i am doing wrong? Any suggestion how to solve this issue?
