Really enthousiastic about the new Motioneye integration. I just tried it, but ran into a problem:
I got an ‘unexpected error’ when entering the Motioneye configuration parameters in the new integration environment of HA 2021.5.5 (see snip). It is entirely possible I interpreted the instructions wrong, but the credentials are correct. What am I doing wrong?
By default MotionEye uses port 8081. IE: http://192.160.X.XX:8081
When I tried it, I didn’t receive any error, just a spinning config wheel, so it looks like it’s TRYING to complete the setup, but it doesn’t seem to actually DO anything.
Update: Left it for a couple minutes. Home Assistant restarted itself. Doesn’t look like the integration
completed as much as it crashed Home Assisatnt.
Yes, it’s working now, but it is too long ago to know how I resolved it.
