MotionEye sidebar icon is not visible to non admin user

Hi, I have an admin and non admin user access for my HA. I have MotionEye addon icon on sidebar and the non admin login doesn’t see this.

How can I expose the MotionEye icon to the non admin user? I want them able to see the camera.
