Moved Homeassistant to new vlan and tuya integration lost connection

These seems logical that the cloud based integration tuya lost connection when I add my HA instance to vlan 40.

Using omada ACL rules is there any safe way of getting the 2 to talk?
I have rolled back HA to my default lan for now.
