Moved VM and cannot get USB Stick to work

I have been running homeassistant on a VM on my Synology. The VM was working but slow and underpowered. I set up a new VM on my Proxmox server and restored a backup. Everything is working now. except the now, VM doesn’t recognize my Zigbee/ZWave Stick. Proxmox is set up to pass the USB stick through. HomeAssistant says “HubZ Smart Home Controller - /dev/serial/by-id/usb-Silicon_Labs_HubZ_Smart_Home_Controller_71500B77-if01-port0, s/n: 71500B77 - Silicon Labs - 10C4:8A2AZigbee Home AutomationRetrying setup: [Errno 2] could not open port /dev/serial/by-id/usb-Silicon_Labs_HubZ_Smart_Home_Controller_71500B77-if01-port0: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/dev/serial/by-” and “Z-Wave JSRetrying setup: None”.

And again… Without further and detailed information, most ppl won’t or can’t help you…

what does “lsusb” says when you attach the stick? Can you see it? Does the user has the permissions to read it? Does proxmox has enough rights to passthrough the stick? …
