Moving switches config from configuration.yaml to switches.yaml

I am trying to move switches config from main configuration.yaml to switches.yaml by following the docs but it’s not working. what am I doing wrong?

It’s not a switch platform it’s a light platform. It belongs under

Could you provide the relevant bit of yaml from configuration.yaml - the include bit. Also, please provide the yaml from your switches.yaml file.

In both cases, please copy the text to your reply and format the code properly - using three back ticks on each side of the code.
