I moved one of my Tado smart radiator thermostats to a different room - for that there is a procedure in the Tado app. Is there something similar in Home Assistant? It says that the device is offline - that is not the case, its id changed - is it possible to make Home Assistant to discover the new name somehow? Thanks!
