Hi,
I got an Orange Pi and one Rasperry Pi showing up under the MQTT integration with entities, but a 3rd one is appearing, but without entities. This is what I see under the addon logs
On the 2nd Rasperry Pi:
Any ideas on how to get this fixed?

What integration are you using ? Did you enable discovery on the 3rd Pi ?
I am using the MQTT integration which discovered the other Pi’s and created entries for them. The config.ini file on the Pi having issues did have auto discover enabled its ini file.

Maybe open an issue on that github.
Is there a way to completely reset the bar. It seems when I run the python script the integration is created w/ entities. That is what happened with the other 2 Pi’s. I have tried removing the problematic integration created, but I am not sure what be getting left behind.
Not sure, inclined to agree with you. I will have to recheck the Github instructions again. see if I missed something but my second screenshot from terminal does indicate the python script is capturing data
I think I know what is going - I have 2 Rasperry Pi 4’s and I think the python script feeds the same naming convention into HA which somehow messes with things. I can swap between the 2 Pi’s and when one is brought in via MQTT the other cannot and vice versa or so it appears.
