[MQTT] Is it possible to add a (binary_)sensor trend device by MQTT?

Just a simple question, is it possible to add a (binary_)sensor trend device by MQTT?

Tried it with Node-Red but no luck… See this post for more detail:

Anyone knows how to add this as a MQTT-binary sensor?
