MQTT Password question

So, when I configure Mosquitto MQTT broker, in HASSIO. Is the “Username” and “Password”, unique to the Broker, or should it be the same as HASSIO???

AFAIK You can freely choose it :slight_smile:

Please make it strong, and unique for the broker, use alot of special characters.

Added Note:
Do NOT use “!” as the First Character in the password. And likewise Do NOT use “#” anywhere in the password… :blush: :blush: :blush:
