I have one relay (It can be changed sonoff POW or shelly PM), but better will be shelly PM.
I want to make that.
When I turn off relay it will make auto on after 3 seconds (that is not a problem)
When consumption will be less than 5W it will show OFF (but relay itself must be ON (here is problem) 
Does anyone have example how to do this?
