Multi-factor authentification can´t be activated

Hi all,
I want to activate Multi-factor authentification and I click on my profile and security and then activate 2FA. A QR code shows up and I need to scan it and put the actual generated code into the field.

If i put the generated code into the field the window closes without any warnings or hints, however the 2FA is not activated.

I checked the time and this is sync with my cell phone.

Any hints? Last update installed, Home Server restarted, added this to configuration.yaml auth_mfa_modules: - type: totp

can be closed. I did the same directly in the companian app on the phone and not with the browser and it worked. Very strange.
