I have no idea what video you are referring to.
This looks amazing. With this system, are you able to send the same audio to multiple amps at the same time, or do you need to select each one seperatly?

I am sorry for being thick, but how exactly does it work?
You have volumio running on each of the PIs, then the LMS running on a different computer and you have the volumio source being the LMS? But then I am missing where the squeezelite comes in.

first you have to installed volumio on each pi, then navigate to plugins or addons to install logitech media server on one pi and squeezelite client on the others; or you can use snapcast. for more info,
