Mushroom Cover Card with confirmation

I´m currently using Mushroom Cover Card to open/close my garage door. I wan to have a pop-up confirmation prior opening the garage to avoid accidental opening . how to get it done? I tried using “confirmation” string but it does not work. Thanks

It works for me with mushroom cover card.
