Ive just had a notification in home assistant that a new server has been found. See message below

Does anyone know where this would have come from. This ip address is not on my LAN.

Seriously music assistant is an addon which has just made its way to HA officially in the last release. At a guess I would say you installed this via HACS some time ago and forgot about it, or something like that. It is very good and well worth looking at.
