Yes of course !!!
In your home assistant configuration.yaml put:
panel_iframe:
grafana:
title: Grafana
icon: mdi:chart-timeline
url: http(s)://ip_of_your_grafana/homeassistant?orgId=1&refresh=5s&kiosk
For work with home assistant iframe you need change your config grafana.ini:
allow_embedding = true
[auth.anonymous]
# enable anonymous access
enabled = true
